I am still undecided about who to vote for. I like Bernie Sanders a lot, and I agree with much of what he says, but I really worry that he might not be electable in a general election. I have the feeling that most Americans are moderates even though the base of the Democratic Party is turning very much toward the left. I think there’s a very good chance that a socialist would not be elected president of the United States. Even if I agree with much of what he has to say, and I do, and I think he is much more honest than Hillary Clinton is. I think that Clinton will say pretty much anything that she has to say in order to get elected, but on the other hand I also feel that her views are probably much more in line with the views of the general public than the views of Bernie Sanders.

I think that Hillary Clinton’s main argument for being elected president is that Bernie Sanders would never be elected president in a general election, so in effect, a vote for Bernie Sanders is really a vote for the Republican candidate since a Republican would probably beat Bernie Sanders in the general election. So I have a question for Bernie Sanders. My question is this. Given your leftist views, why do you think you would be able to win in the general election against the Republican candidate? I don’t really have any enthusiasm for Hillary Clinton, but I haven’t decided yet if it will be possible, or not for Bernie Sanders to win in the general election. I am still thinking it over. It seems to me that the goal should be to get a Democrat in the White House, and if that means voting for Hillary Clinton, so be it. If anyone has any thoughts about this, please feel free to comment. Any thoughts do you have might help me decide on who I’m going to vote for. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
